The Sheep and The Goats

As I was praying, The Lord gave me a picture of a sheep and a goat on a vast hillside, amidst rolling hills as far as I could see. I saw the sheep inside an enclosure, a “pen”, with Jesus – The Good Shepherd – laying across the open entryway, guarding and protecting His sheep. The goat in this picture was wild and was outside of the pen, free to roam far and wide in the countryside.

I asked The Lord about this and this is what I heard:

I am separating the sheep from the goats[1]. I am separating the sheep nations from the goat nations; and, I am separating My individual sheep from the goats.  My sheep know My voice and they follow Me[2].

The sheep pen represents My Ark, much like the sanctuary where I housed and protected Noah and his family throughout the great storm and the flood[3]. There in My Ark, provision is always more than enough to meet every need. In this safe haven, I AM The Door[4] – to guard over and protect My holy ones from any harm from the storm and from any retaliation from the enemy. I AM The Door, the access point, to come into My complete salvation, protection, intimacy, blessings, and provision.

The goats represent those who have chosen to reject Me and are running unchecked throughout the world; stubbornly and independently ignoring My call, My correction, and My warnings. Instead, they are gobbling up everything that the enemy is serving up, all of which is intended to deceive into believing and calling what is good, evil…and what is evil, good[5].

My sheep have obediently followed Me – The Good Shepherd[6] -- into The Ark, where I have been preparing them for the next phase of My plans in this Era. While in The Ark, they have made themselves ready, as a bride prepares for her bridegroom. They have surrendered themselves to My work of purification in the fire, and have chosen to lay down their lives in complete abandon to Me, The Good Shepherd. I am so pleased with My sheep who have come into My Ark and submitted to this work of holiness.

My Purified Bride has now made herself ready to be My holy vessel in releasing “Phase 2” of My plans. At My direction and perfect timing, I will open The Door and she will come out of The Ark as a powerful lion! My Holy Bride will ROAR like never before, because she has been hidden with Me – The Lion of Judah – in the secret place. Her focus will no longer be on the things of the flesh and of the world, such as self-preservation and protection of reputation; but she will boldly and courageously ROAR what I am pouring into her to be released over this dark world.

Having invested in deep, sacrificial, intimate communion with Me, My Purified Bride will be a beautiful and powerful representation of Me on the earth. She will look just like Me! Her roar, carrying the sound and frequency of heaven, will topple demonic strongholds; bringing deep terror into the hearts of the goats who are aligned with the enemy’s schemes. The goats will be shaken to the point of being dismantled from their high positions atop the seven mountains of societal influence across the earth.

As the sons and daughters of God Almighty stand in the authority and power of their inherited positions, their resounding roars will shake the earth. This is part of the promised shaking[7] that will bring the goats to their knees. Then all will see that … at the name of Jesus, EVERY knee shall bow and EVERY tongue confess that He is LORD[8].

Exhortation to The Church:

As His Church, His Body, His Bride, His Ecclesia, we must determine to be the obedient sheep who follow The Good Shepherd wherever He goes. We must not be the wandering sheep who get separated from the flock; or worse, be the goat who stubbornly refuses and rejects Jesus’ call.

We get to decide: Are we for Him or against Him; will we follow Him or wander away. Through our choices, we will determine whether we are placed on His right hand or His left; a sheep or a goat.

Our Good Shepherd has called us to embrace all of His purification, purging, and maturing work while in The Ark, so that we are ready to ROAR as The Door opens and He leads us out to exactly where He intends to position our ROARS.
